Birth class prepares you for labor. This workshop prepares you for everything after. Learn what the first six weeks really look like, how to set up support before baby arrives, and what warning signs to watch for in your mental and physical health. Expert Guidance for Every Birth Plan
Our classes are led by certified doulas, childbirth educators, and maternal health professionals who have supported births in hospitals, birth centers, and homes across DFW and Ohio. We teach from real experience — not textbooks. Every class is judgment-free, inclusive of all birth plans, and designed to make you feel genuinely ready.
After Birth has provided childbirth education in partnership with Methodist Health System and community organizations across Dallas County. Our instructors hold certifications through nationally recognized training programs.
